SHIPPING POLICY
Drop Ship Agreements
BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. operates under various drop ship agreements with several manufacturers who ship products purchased on our website from the specific manufacturer's warehouse to the customer. Each manufacturer has their respective shipping policies and procedures in place and delivery times differ based on the specific manufacturer. Customers should contact BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. at tubemaster@growtube.com regarding any shipping inquiries and we will contact the manufacturer to check on the status of each order and relay the estimated delivery time to you the customer.

Delivery time is dependent on several factors:
Availability
Some products offered for sale by BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. are shipped by the respective manufacturer under a drop ship agreement; however, BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. does carry stock in our warehouse located in Sacramento, CA. Backordered products or shipping may be delayed due to availability. BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. will make every reasonable effort to post shipping times if they exceed 2–3 weeks and will also make every reasonable effort to make a notation in the Shopping Cart and inform the Customer of the expected date of shipping. Shipping times vary for different orders with most orders shipping within 24 hours, others in a couple of days, while some may take as many as several weeks for larger orders. The "Availability" value is an estimate. BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. strives to ship items out as quickly as possible. Due to our drop ship agreements with certain manufacturers, BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. may not have control over shipping times and procedures; however, if a problem arises please contact our customer service representatives at tubemaster@growtube.com.
Method of Delivery
BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. employs various methods of shipping including but not limited to LTL Freight, FedEx Ground (commercial addresses), and FedEx Home Delivery (residential addresses). FedEx Express Saver (not available on all items) takes 3 business days; 2nd Day Air is two business days; and LTL Freight can take 5–7 business days. Please note that delivery time is based on business days. Each service varies in delivery times dependent upon the delivered location and transit time is normally between 2–7 business days shipping from our warehouse in Sacramento, CA.
Calculating Cost
Shipping and handling costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items you are purchasing. Due to the use of drop ship agreements with manufacturers, small discrepancies may occur in calculating exact shipping costs. The customer pays BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. the estimated shipping and handling charges as calculated by our FedEx module on the website, and BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. then remits the actual shipping charge to the specific manufacturer who ships the order to the customer. If there are deficiencies in the collected versus actual shipping charges, BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. does not charge the customer for any such deficiency, nor does BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. refund any overages in the collected versus actual shipping charge.
International Shipping
If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at tubemaster@growtube.com. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send an invoice. A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, subject only to the following exceptions:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the FedEx or LTL Delivery Confirmation date of receipt. A request for a return should be provided in writing to BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. Please note that BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. must ultimately agree to all requested returns and does not facilitate resolution except in the case of items damaged by mail carrier.
Items Damaged in Mail Due to Insufficient Packaging
The overwhelming majority of purchases made from BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. are not breakable. However, should the rare situation occur, the Customer may negotiate returns in full or in part with BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. hereby reserves the right to make the final decision on any return.
Wrong Item Shipped
BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. agrees to refund the Customer for return shipping fees and agrees to ship the correct item free of charge. If the correct item is no longer available, BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. agrees to fully refund the Customer for the original cost of the item and all shipping fees incurred.

Some products offered for sale by BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. are provided "as is" without any guarantee or warranty offered by BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. For warranty information provided by the manufacturer of any product offered for sale, please contact our customer service department at tubemaster@growtube.com or call 916-456-1118.

MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND THE CUSTOMER HEREBY WAIVES ALL OTHER CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY STATUTE, USAGE, CUSTOM OF THE TRADE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER OR PRIOR STATEMENT, WRITTEN OR ORAL. FURTHER, BLUE-X® ENTERPRISES INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCT(S) OFFERED FOR SALE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MATERIALS FROM WHICH THE PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED, ASSEMBLED, OR MANUFACTURED, AND BLUE-X® ENTERPRISES INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF DURABILITY, THAT ANY PRODUCT SOLD TO THE CUSTOMER WILL MEET ALL OF CUSTOMER'S NEEDS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR FREE.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that all products offered for sale by BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. are intended for standard commercial uses and are not specifically designed, manufactured, or intended for use or resale in critical applications or hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance in which the failure of products could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. explicitly disclaims any express or implied warranty of fitness for any such use, and the customer hereby agrees to release and hold BLUE-X® Enterprises Inc. harmless from liability resulting out of or in connection with implementation of these products in High Risk Activities.
